The class aim is to discuss what leadership is, why it is important to universities, and what are various ways to show leadership to universities.

The class will explore what extracurriculars say about you and how extracurriculars can highlight a variety of aspects about yourself. Use examples to discuss the power of extracurriculars in an application.

This class aims to discuss the importance of self-led research/volunteer projects, discover the individual interests of students and explore how these can be turned into self-led Volunteer/ Research projects.

In part 2 of this class, students will present and answer questions concerning their research/ volunteer ideas, investigate the power of collaborative discussion, and discuss strategies to amplify their projects.
